ROBOCON aims to increase public awareness in STEM- every student has the potential to shine in science, technology, math, and engineering.
We encourage students to share their experiences, talents, and abilities with others through this unique platform. ROBOCON is a robotics competition where teams design, build and program LEGO-based robots compete in a variety of challenges. Teams that compete at ROBOCON design, build and program LEGO-based robots compete in a variety of challenges.
ROBOCON includes these challenges:
Sumobot
A robotic sumo contest, where two autonomous robots attempt to push each other out of a circular arena using mechanisms.
Line-Following
Robots complete a course in the least amount of time while accurately tracking the course line from start to finish
Mass-Hauling
Robots hauls increasing masses along a certain distance
