ROBOCON aims to increase public awareness in STEM- every student has the potential to shine in science, technology, math, and engineering; therefore, we encourage students to share their experiences, talents, and abilities with others through this unique platform.
Teams that compete at ROBOCON design, build and program LEGO-based robots compete in a variety of challenges.
ROBOCON includes these challenges:
Sumobot - a robotic sumo contest, where two autonomous robots attempt to push each other out of a circular arena using mechanisms
Line-Following - Robots complete a course in the least amount of time while accurately tracking the course line from start to finish
Mass-Hauling - Robots hauls increasing masses along a certain distance
